I have always had a strong interest in the field of Real Estate. I graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a major in Graphic Design and the arts, which led to a career in architectural rendering for new construction companies like KB Homes, Toll Brothers, and Centex Homes. Due to the recession of 2007, my husband, Jin, and I went into real estate to flip homes for investors and find investments for ourselves as well. When Jin found foreclosed homes to purchase at auction, I took over the design, project managed all contractors, and budgeted the project to list the home for the best profit. After the housing market improved, we focused on our Real Estate business and our clients. We enjoy finding the dream home for our clients. Our goal is always to create smooth transactions for our clients and assist to sell, purchase, or invest in real estate to help meet our client's needs. We love building lifetime relationships and appreciate our client's loyalty
